The mobile device should be 15-30 cm away from the camera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are using iPhone, please make sure <strong>&#8216;access to location&#8217; and &#8216;location are&#8217;<\/strong> network are authorised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the camera is unable to focus, keep the mobile device steady and ensure the room is well-lit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set your phone&#8217;s brightness to the optimum level. What can I do?<\/strong><\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The setup issue can be caused by several reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1\">If you are getting<strong> &#8216;Setup Failed&#8217; <\/strong>message, usually it means that you either have entered an incorrect WiFi password or your WiFi signal strength is weak.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please try to set up the camera once again making sure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Move the camera closer to the router or router to the camera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double check your WiFi password. It should not contains special characters. If you are not sure about this, please let us know your WiFi password and we will check from our side as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your camera says &#8216;connecting to server&#8217;, it means the WiFi password is correct and there can be unstable internet connection issues. In this case, you may also try to restart your router and device and try to set up the camera once again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">2. If you are getting <strong>&#8216;Server is not responding&#8217;<\/strong> error message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please check your IP address at &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/whatismyipaddress.com\/\">https:\/\/whatismyipaddress.com\/<\/a> and email our customer support at support@hubbleconnected.com and we will check if further. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">3. \u00a0If you are getting <strong>&#8216;Scanning failed&#8217;<\/strong>, it usually means that the camera could not detect the QR code. Please be so kind as to try to set up the camera once again, making sure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold your mobile device 15cm (6 inches) to 30 cm (12 inches) in the front of the camera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the QR code is visible and centred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the mobile device steady and ensure the room is well-lit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set your phone&#8217;s brightness to the optimum level. (You can readjust it after the setup is complete).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow 5-10 seconds for the camera to scan the QR code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you still cannot setup the camera using the QR code, please proceed with the WiFi setup as an alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">3. Place it at a suitable height, preferably mounted on a wall or securely attached to a stable surface. Make sure the camera angle covers the entire crib or sleeping space without any blind spots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimal distance:<\/strong>\u00a0The baby should be in focus and in a moderate distance from the crib camera. This section will show consolidated sleep reports for the selected day<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All currently running sleep sessions will be displayed under \u201csleep session\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;This section provides sleep insights from the previous night\u2019s sleep. For eg. If today is the evening of 2nd of June you will be able to view the insights for the night of 1st June and all the naps during the day for 2nd June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"What_is_a_sleep_target\"><strong>What is a sleep target?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hubble AI recommends ideal sleeping hours based on the baby\u2019s age (which is input by the parent during the creation of their baby profile on the app). The recommended hours of sleep for your baby as per their age is automatically set as their sleep target as per our Hubble Sleep Expert guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"Can_I_change_my_sleep\"><strong>Can I change my sleep target?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each baby is unique and special. Sometimes, your baby might need slightly more or less sleep than the stipulated length of sleep targets determined for their age. If there\u2019s an object that obstructs the camera\u2019s view of the baby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"set_up_your_camera\"><strong>How to set up your camera for accurate detection ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setting up your camera in the right way will help you get accurate alerts and prevent false notifications. Please see below for visual help on setting up the camera\u2019s field of view accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Your Hubble crib camera should be mounted such that the top-view of the crib can be seen without obstruction.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please also check that the crib covers the camera\u2019s frame view\/screen fully. The baby should be visible and in focus within 1.5 to 2 meters from the camera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Avoid overstuffing the crib<\/strong>&nbsp;with toys, stuffed animals, pillows etc. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that the baby\u2019s sleep surface be clutter-free, with no blankets, pillows, crib bumpers, stuffed animals or other objects. The camera\u2019s exposure should neither be overbright or dark, a healthy white balance during day mode is advisable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. AI functions are designed to monitor a single baby<\/strong>&nbsp;scenario i.e., one baby in the crib at a time. The accuracy of AI features depends on the angle in which the camera has been set up and the field of view that\u2019s visible from the camera. At times the camera might have a partial view or completely invisible view of the baby\u2019s face if it\u2019s not been set up correctly.
