Where can I set up the baby unit?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>

  • Determine a location for the baby unit that will provide the best view of your baby in his\/her cot. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Place the baby unit on a flat surface, such as a dresser, bureau, or shelf or mount the unit to a wall securely using the keyhole slots under the stand. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    PLEASE NEVER<\/strong> place the Baby Unit or cords within the cot. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

    How do I register\/pair the baby unit with the parent unit?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
    \n\n

    The baby units and parent unit provided are already paired. You can add or replace a baby unit in your video and audio monitoring system.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can pair a maximum of four baby units to your parent unit. Each new baby unit must be paired to the parent unit before use.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To pair and replace a baby unit:\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Press the menu button when the parent unit is in camera viewing mode.\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Press < LEFT or > RIGHT to scroll to the camera icon and press the OK button.\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Press UP or DOWN to choose a desired baby unit number, then press the OK button. The pairing mode starts.\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Turn on the new baby unit, and then immediately press and hold Pair button until the Power\/Link indicator turns on.\u202f <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Remarque<\/strong>: If you choose an occupied baby unit slot, the new baby unit will replace the existing baby unit.\u202f <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

      How to turn off the parent unit screen?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
      \n\n

      You can turn on or off the parent unit screen without powering off the parent unit. You can still hear sound from the baby unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Short press the power button on the parent unit to turn off the screen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Press any key on the parent unit to turn on the screen again. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
        How does the night vision work?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
        \n\n

        The baby unit has infra-red LEDs for picking up clear images in the dark.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When the built-in light sensor on the front of the unit detects a low level of ambient light, the LEDs will activate automatically and the screen on the parent unit will display in black and white. The moon icon will be displayed at the top of the screen. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

        How to set the night light?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>

        In order to set the night light, please follow the below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Press the menu button when the parent unit is in camera viewing mode. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Press < or > to scroll to the lamp icon and press the OK button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Press UP or DOWN to choose On, then press the OK button. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
          How to use the night light brightness control?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
          \n\n

          When V (On) is selected, you can scroll up or down to select the lamp icon and confirm with the OK button. There are 3 brightness levels for selection. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

          How to select the night light color?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
          \n\n

          When (On) is selected, you can scroll up or down to select the drop icon and confirm with the OK button. Scroll up or down to select one of the 7 colors or auto looping. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n

          How to set the timer for the night light?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
          \n\n

          In order to set the timer for the night light, please follow the steps below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • When the night light is On, press up or down to select the lamp icon and confirm with the OK button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • You can scroll up or down to select night light off after 5h~9h and confirm with the OK button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Press the menu button to confirm and exit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
            Is it possible to adjust the LCD brightness of the parent unit?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
            \n\n

            You can adjust the brightness of the parent unit screen from Level 1 to Level 5.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Press the menu button when the parent unit is in camera viewing mode. Sun icon is displayed, press the OK button.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Press UP or DOWN to adjust the brightness.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Press the OK button to confirm your selection. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
              How to use the talk mode?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
              \n\n
                \n
              • Press and hold the TALK button (microphone icon) on the parent unit to talk to your baby through the baby unit\u2019s speaker.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The microphone icon will be displayed at the top of the LCD screen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
                How to set the alarm on the parent unit?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
                \n\n

                Turn on and set the alarm when it is currently off:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                1. Press the menu button when the parent unit is in camera viewing mode.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Press < or > to scroll to the clock icon and press the OK button.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Press UP or DOWN to choose ON, then press the OK button.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Press UP or DOWN to choose 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h or 6h. (The default setting is Alarm OFF.)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                5. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                6. If an alarm time is selected, the clock will appear on the display and, after the alarm time is reached, the parent unit will beep about every 10 seconds and flash the alarm icon, until any button is pressed. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n
                  How to set the screen off time of the parent unit?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/summary>
                  \n\n

                  In order to set the screen off time, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  1. Press the menu button when the parent unit is in camera viewing mode.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Press < or > to scroll to the screen icon and press the OK button.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. Press UP or DOWN to select 60m, 30m, 5m or OFF for the parent unit video to turn off after 5 mins, 30 mins or 60 mins if no buttons have been pressed.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  5. The audio will remain on, and you can press any button to turn the video screen back on.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Note:<\/strong> If there are multiple cameras in scan mode, the audio will switch about every 30 seconds. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n
