What is the Return Policy? 

We offer:

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund of the upfront payment. Just make sure the device is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging. Please note that you will need to pay for return shipping unless the product is defective. 
  • No Returns After 30 Days: After 30 days, we do not accept returns, but do not worry – you can still cancel your membership any time after the first 3 months. The device is yours to keep, but access to cloud-based features and premium services will stop once you cancel. 
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged device, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll either replace it or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. 
  • Cancellation of Membership: After the first 3 months, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you’ll still keep your device, but your access to cloud services and premium features will be discontinued.
