Solución de problemas
My camera loses connection with the parent unit. What should I do?
Please try to troubleshoot the issue following the steps below:
- Ensure the camera and monitor are within 3 feet of each other. If you have multiple cameras, keep them apart or turn them off to prevent interference.
- Reset the camera: Turn off the camera using its power switch or unplug it from power. Press and hold the PAIR button while turning the camera back on or plugging it in. Release the PAIR button when you hear a long BEEP.
- Turn your monitor (parent unit) back on and check for normal operation.
- If the camera remains disconnected or unresponsive, wait for the camera LED to flash red, which may take up to 1 minute after the long BEEP.
- Once the camera LED starts flashing red, manually pair the camera to an unused camera slot using the following steps:
- Swipe up at the bottom of the screen to display the menu bar. Scroll left/right to locate the camera icon and tap on it.
- Tap the add camera icon to access the camera list.
- Use the + UP or – DOWN button to select the desired camera. The parent unit will start searching for the camera.
- Press and hold the PAIR button on the underside of the camera until the parent unit finds the camera, beeps, and displays “PAIR OK” on the screen. The camera’s video feed will then appear.
- Once successfully paired, remove the camera from the old camera slot.
How to prevent interference between the camera and monitor?
- To use your video monitor baby and parent unit together, you must be able to establish a radio link between them, and the range may be affected by environmental conditions.
- Any large metal object, like a refrigerator, a mirror, a filing cabinet, metallic doors or reinforced concrete between the baby and parent units may block the radio signal.
- The signal strength may also be reduced by other solid structures, like walls or electrical equipment, such as radios, TVs, computers, cordless or mobile phones, fluorescent lights or dimmer switches.
- Use of other 2.4 GHz products, such as wireless networks (Wi-Fi routers), Bluetooth systems, or microwave ovens, may cause interference with this product, so keep the baby monitor at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) from these types of products, or turn them off if they appear to be causing interference.
- If the signal is weak, try moving the parent and/or the baby unit to different positions in the rooms. Rotating the parent unit 90 degrees may also improve signal strength.
I cannot hear sound or baby crying from the parent unit.
Please check the below points:
- The volume level in the parent unit may be set too low: increase the volume level of the parent unit.
- The parent unit and the monitoring baby unit may be out of range with each other: try to reduce the distance between the units, but not closer than 1 meter.
The baby monitor system produces a high-pitched noise
- The parent unit and the baby unit are too close to each other: please make sure the parent unit and baby unit are at least 1 meter away from each other.
- The speaker volume of the parent unit may be set too high: please try to decrease the volume of the parent unit.
Night Vision mode is not activating?
- Make sure the night vision is set to ON or Auto position in the app.
- If you have a flashlight or have a flashlight on your cell phone, there is a way to reset the night vision on the camera.
- Take the camera into a dark room, preferably a bathroom or closet. Close the door to the room, plug the camera in and turn the lights off.
- Shine the flashlight directly into the camera lens for 30 to 45 seconds. After this time has passed, remove the light from the eye of the camera. Allow the camera a few seconds to readjust and then check the video on the monitor. The night vision issue should be resolved.
Note: An alternative method to reset the infrared is to gently put your finger over the photo sensor in front of the camera for 15 seconds and then let go.

Is my phone compatible?
Yes, if you use iOS 12.0+ or Android 8.0+
When I try to view the camera, I get a prompt for camera firmware upgrade. What should I do?
Please upgrade your firmware. This takes around 5 minutes. We push upgrades from time to time to improve the camera features.
I am getting ‘Connection Error’ in the app. What should I do?
The ‘Connection error’ indicates that a specific streaming method failed. In order to correct this error message, you may try the following steps:
- Please try to refresh the camera’s list by pulling it down with your finger several times. If needed, force close the app, open it again and try to refresh the camera’s list once again.
- Try to reboot the camera by unplugging it for 2-5 minutes and then plugging it back, leaving it plugged in and turned on for 1-2 minutes, and check the streaming again.
- Please try to move the camera closer to the Wi-Fi router or vice versa and check if the connection error goes away.
- Check the upload speed of the Wi-Fi® network your camera is connected to. This can be found by going to http://www.speedtest.net/. An upload speed should be at least 5 Mbps per camera.
Please note that the upload speed is very important for the camera to upload the video frames. Usually, customers only focus on the download speed of their internet. In normal home premises, the customer connects many devices to the internet and thus, the upload and download bandwidth gets distributed across all devices evenly. If the upload and download speed is in 100’s of Mbps, then connectivity issues due to upload/download bandwidth can be easily ruled out.
- Try to change the video streaming quality to a lower number. If you set it to 1000kbps, change it t 600kbps and check the streaming again.
My camera is offline.
There are several reasons why your camera is listed as offline:
- First of all, please make sure your camera is plugged in and turned ON.
- Make sure your camera is connected to the Wi-Fi network and the signal strength is good enough (not less than 90%).
- Your camera may show as offline, whereas it is not (this is the case if you still receive notifications, for instance). To see whether that is the case, you may want to try two things:
- Refresh your camera list by pulling it down with your finger,
- Turn the camera off and on again. Now your camera should be listed as online.
If this does not help, please try to do a hard reset:
- Open the HubbleClub app, go to camera settings, and tap the trash bin icon to confirm the deletion.
- Turn off the camera by turning off the power button and wait for 1 minute.
- Press and hold the PAIR button while turning the power button on again.
- Continue to hold the PAIR button until you hear a long BEEP, then release the button. NOTE: If the camera does not beep, please try the above steps once again.
- Wait for up to 30 seconds for the camera LED to start flashing red.
- Open the HubbleClub app to add your camera again following the onscreen instructions.
NOTE: When prompted by the app, press and hold the PAIR button again until you hear the ‘Ready for Pairing’ message, then release the button to proceed with the setup.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten the HubbleClub account password, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen of the mobile app.
- Enter the email address linked to your HubbleClub app account and submit your request.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Tap that link to confirm the password change.
I do not receive notifications from the app.
Please note that when you are viewing the camera stream, you will not get notifications. The app is aware that you are watching what is happening, in which case there is no need to alert you. If, however, you do not get notifications when you are not using the app, please check the below settings:
- Have you allowed HubbleClub notifications in your phone’s settings? If not, please enable this. It is required to get motion, sound, and temperature (if supported) notifications from the app.
- Do you have ‘Do Not Disturb’ activated, perhaps? If you enable “Do Not Disturb,” you will not get any notifications.
- Please check the camera notification settings of your camera to ensure that motion, sound and temperature detections are activated.
If the above did not solve your issue, please log out from the app, log back in, and check if it helped.
